Cypriot cheese cake ( Hellimli Kek/ flounopita.)

1 1/2 cups pecorino cheese grated.
1 1/2 cups Haloumi cheese grated.
2 cups of SRF. (Self Raising Flour)
6eggs 70g each
3/4 cup of vegetable oil
3/4 cup of milk
Lots of fresh or dried mint, I love using both.
3/4 cup of sultanas I use more up to you.
1 teaspoon baking powder.
1/2 teaspoon each of Mastiha and mehlebi
Beat oil, milk, eggs, in large bowl.
Add 1 teaspoon baking powder, mint and sultanas mix and stir.
Then add flour and cheeses slowly mixing in.
45 minuets or till golden cooked.
Don’t open oven unless almost ready to check with a skewer.
