Girne Municipality kick starts Theater Days with ‘This Property is Condemned’

The Girne (Kyrenia) Municipality has kick started it’s 2023 – 2024 Theatre Days event with the play by famous American writer Tennessee Williams, ‘This Property is Condemned’.
Great interest was shown to the play ‘This Property is Condemned’, staged by the Girne Municipality team.
The play, written by Tennessee Williams, and directed by Derman Atik is about a young girl who is living in a house, that is on the verge of collapsing and that belonged to her dead sister who she loved very much. The play describes a conversation between her and a boy she meets at the train tracks, who attempted to fly a kite but was unable to as he had problems catching the wind.

The play will continue at the Girne Chamber Theatre on the 11-18 and 25 November.
